Refund policy
Refunds - As soon as you complete the ordering, the order is sent to production and it is not possible to cancel. Please check carefully before completing.
Damaged deliveries - You must sign for the delivery as damaged with the courier if the packaging looks to have been affected. Then provide photographs of the damaged packaging and item inside within 5 days by email. We will replace like-with-like only with this information.
Mismeasures and other incorrect specifications - As these blinds are bespoke and made to your measurements we cannot accept returns if the measurements provided are incorrect. Therefore, please make sure all instructions are followed. No refunds are applicable in this situation.
